After serving in the US Navy Special Forces/ Vietnam from 1965-1970 Joel returned to Tuscaloosa where he attended the University of Alabama from 1970-1977 while he studied Mechanical Engineering. Joel is also an apoointed member on the State Board of HVAC Contractors for the past 8 years, as well as an active member of the Alabama ABC Association where he has been recognized for many awards. Joel has been active in the Mechanical Industry for 44 years where he began as a field superintendent and has worked his way to ownership of a successful mechanical business of his own.

Jason attended the university of Alabama where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in May of 1992. Upon completion of college he began work in the mechanical industry as an Estimator/Project Manager and has since held the position of Vice President of HVAC Operations and is currently the President of Adkins & Kimbrough Mechanical. Jason has been active in the mechanical industry for 21 years.
